Is JourPlan free to use?
Yes. JourPlan is free to download with no account required. A JourPlan+ subscription is available for users who want unlimited trips, expenses, documents and iCloud sync.
Do I need to create an account?
No. JourPlan works entirely without an account. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud.
How do I manage or cancel my JourPlan+ subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
My data disappeared after reinstalling. Can I recover it?
If you had iCloud sync enabled (JourPlan+), your data will be restored automatically after reinstalling. If iCloud sync was not enabled, data stored only on-device cannot be recovered after uninstalling the app.
The app is crashing or not working as expected. What should I do?
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the problem persists, make sure you're running the latest version of JourPlan and that your device is on iOS 16 or later. If the issue continues, please contact us at contact@jourplan.app with a description of the problem.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process.
JourPlan is built with privacy in mind. Your trips, expenses and documents are stored locally on your device — or in your own iCloud account. We never have access to your personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
